At 31 years old, I found myself allergic to nuts. This realization came upon me about 90 minutes after eating a handful of dry roasted almonds, while at work! An ambulance ride, a view of a tracheotomy tray and a lot of steroids later...I was relieved of the swelling and I now carry an EPI-pen everywhere I go.
Having had weight loss surgery, this eliminates a protein source. I now do not eat fried food, white carbs, sugar and nuts. How long will this list be? Check back when I'm 40. [N]
